What We Do
We take a design-to-completion approach to mechanical work — covering the full scope on new construction, renovations, and occupied-building retrofits, from early planning through final balancing.
Complete plumbing systems for new construction, additions, and renovations — domestic water distribution, sanitary and storm drainage, backflow prevention, fixtures and trim, and specialty systems for labs, kitchens, and washroom groups. Executed to OBC requirements and coordinated with other trades from rough-in through final connection.
Design-assist and installation of piping systems for industrial and institutional facilities: chilled water, heating water, glycol, steam and condensate, compressed air, and process lines. Includes prefabrication, welding, pressure testing, insulation coordination, and TSSA-registered work where required.
Supply and installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment — rooftop units, boilers, chillers, make-up air, heat pumps, VRF, and hydronic systems — including startup, balancing, and coordination with controls contractors.
Fabrication and installation of supply, return, and exhaust ductwork, including kitchen and lab exhaust, dust collection, and specialty enclosures.
Early involvement on projects where mechanical scope benefits from constructability input — budgeting, system selection, value engineering, and coordinated shop drawings before the first pipe goes in.
